Love the Brides of Simpson Creek Series and this is the story of Milly, one of the "Spinster Society" girls who formed this Society to find a husband of each of them.. Nick is not some one Milly cared for or even liked but Nick proved himself and finally together they had the courage to believe they would find the answers to their proyers.

This is not the tipical tit-for-tat love story that is like most Harliquin Historical stories. Thank goodness. I was getting very bored with the "I love him, but he dose'nt love me, because I can't love again" story line. I would like to read more about daily living , like daily chores or how they worked and took care of their families, with a love story mixed in. Any suggestions would be apprectiated. I plan on reading more of her books

I really enjoyed this book. This is the first book I have read by Laurie Kingery and I plan to read more of them. I liked it was love story that wasn't a "I love him, but he doesn't love me" or "I can't love anyone else, but I'll get married for my kids or help run the ranch or to have sex". I would have loved an epoloque.

"Mail Order Cowboy" was very enjoyable with romance and just enough mystery to keep you guessing. Nick and Milly are just made for each other and you know it from the time he enters the meeting of the women. I agree with the other review, that I hope that there are other books with other men for the other ladies in the "Society". Very enjoyable!

I started this series out of order but went back to the beginning to start over. Really liked the story and look forward to seeing more of each of the characters.

I have read 3 books in this series and enjoyed all of them. This is the first book and liked the characters so much that I wanted to find out what happened to the other ladies who were looking for mail order husbands. I wasn't disappointed.
Very sweet story. I loved the interaction between the two main characters. Will be reading more books by this author!
