My interest in this book lays in its approach to the relation between faith and culture. Gallagher analyses this relationship good a good knowledge of faith and of culture and his analysis is sober and acute. This could be a very good reading for any person interested in the aforementioned relation. On the other hand, the author has, at the same time, a wide and deep knowledge of the present culture.
