I thought I never would finish this book. I kept having to put in down - I was laughing so hard I couldn't see to read! I started laughing almost from the first pagragraph and didn't stop until I finished the book. I never even closed the book until it was done! Ms. Wills family could have given lessons to Jean Kerr's!

I was so happy to see this second installment of Maralys Wills' "Circus" memiors. The circus of course, is her own life and the performers are her crazy family. In her first book, "A Circus Without Elephants" she introduced us to a zany, (yes I used the word zany) family who enjoyed their adventures together with wild exhuberance. The sequel allowed me to visit these old friends and learn about their new exploits. they are still crazy and I love them for it! Do yourself a favor and introduce yourself to Maralys and her clan.

I truly enjoyed reading this book from the first page to the last. Indeed it is one of those books you can't set aside because you want to know what is going to happen next. It is filled with great sense of humor, sentiment and courage that stems from each member of this family. And in my eyes, you are famous. Looking forward to reading Higher than Eagles.

A suicidal Christmas tree, a rain storm in the living room, and a police stop while harboring her son in the trunk of the car--Maralys Wills describes life's misadventures with wit, warmth, and wisdom. A fun and exhilarating read. Eleanor K. Beatty, Author, Center in on Music

This book was a fun read. Maryls Wills has a habit of grabbing the reader into her novels from the first sentence and carrying them along with her. I felt I was right there throughout this marvelous memoir. I'm a huge fan of hers and have read four of her novels, anxiously awaiting her next one. I give this book a four star rating. Linda Howze

This book was refreshing! I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to figure out any mysteries or cringe at the villain. I just read and enjoyed it. Maralys Wills has led an adventure of a life and doesn't seem content to slow down. Despite many hardships, she still finds the time to laugh and appreciate the finer details of life. This book will bring you to tears, and just as you are getting out the tissue, you'll start laughing! Might there be a book three?
