I love this planner- and I'm very picky about planners. The planner is hardcover and seems very durable. The art work is beautiful and appears every bit as lovely in person, as it does on-line. I also like the fact that they have the year stamped on the spine. If you save your planners year to year, these would look great shelved, and be easy to identify when needed.

This is my second year using a column style planner, and I am in love with them. I am currently using the Busy Body Book, which sadly is no longer being made, so I had to switch to something new. It is always hard to be the "new" product compared to an old product I loved but can't get! That said, I loved the sweet art on the cover (and yes the Mom's Weekly Planner showed on the cover, is a paper strip that comes off). The monthly calendars are large and simple, and there are space for notes on the monthly calendar page, and to varying sizes on the first and last weekly page of the month. There are about 10 pages for addresses and 10 or so perforated To Do pages in back. The month tabs are great and the 18 month format means less switching around. I am spoiled by the Busy Body's Book full blank page on every week, which gives me lots of room for lists and to keep my notes. I wish this had at least some note space on each weekly grid. These grids are fairly smal (about 1x1.5 inches), but they are broken into "morning, afternoon & evening," so hopefully I can fit it all in. The pages are already sticking in the spiral metal binding, so I hope it holds out. Finally they wrote in "Mom" on the first grid...many people using this probably are moms, but it seems to limit it a bit. I use this for both my work and home scheduling, and I guess I would just prefer to have it be blank. I would give it somewhere between a 3.5 & 4, but glad they do make this product!

I know that my phone has a calender app, and I could be synching my computer to the phone...etc..etc...but I am old school and really just like to have somewhere to physically see the month and weeks and write things down. This Folk Art Mom's Weekly Planner has become my best friend. I love the cover art and the planner is well organized with spaces for several family member activities. Much cheaper than the popular mommy agenda products too. I will definitely buy this planner again next year.

With 22 month old triplets, I am busy, busy, busy. I needed something on paper that I could look at while trying to book appointments and manage our activities, and this is perfect. Originally, I tried a hanging calendar style, but it didn't allow for pencil and was getting very messy as plans changed. The only shortcoming is we are a family of 6 and it only allows for 5 people, but what can you do. It's worked beautifully for me regardless.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this planner. I love it! It has columns for up to 5 family members. If you're looking for a planner that's not in your phone, this is definately what you want. I'm a working mom of 2 kids. I use this planner to keep track of our entire schedule including the pieces of my husband's schedule that affect me. (Like, golf night, I have to pick up the kids.) It's very well designed and durable. The Folk Art Birds is a nice upgrade to my plain red one from last year. No matter what the color, it's what's on the inside that counts. This planner will not disappoint!

I love the fact that this planner has a monthly calender and then a weekly calender after it. It is planned out so that everyday can be penciled-in with everyone's morning/afternoon/evening schedule but you can still see the whole month with a few quick flips. It's the perfect size to carry along with you when you are out and about. I also love all of the different designs.

I bought this after finding the 'busybody book' was discontinued. This one is actually prettier. There are both monthly calendars and weekly calendars. The only things I miss is the spiral cover that would lay flat and the weekly space for 'to do'.

The item is a beautiful monthly/weekly calendar that is neatly organized for anyones busy lifestyle. I would recommend this to anyone not just moms. I recieved my items in a timely manner (within 4-6 days of ordering). I will order again from this vendor.
I purchased this because I love the cover and because there were so many positive reviews. I won't begin using it until Jan when my current planner ends but I did spend some time putting things in for next year (vacation, plays, school events, etc.)
Love - the cute cover
Love - each month has a tab
Dislike - The tabs don't stick out past the pages so it's hard to see them quickly.
Dislike - Because the tabs don't stick out you can't flip backwards, say from Nov to July because you can't see the tabs. You have to flip the pages so you can see the tabs from the front.
Dislike - The tabs are so large there are several rows of them and it's hard to see the row behind the first row, which goes from July 2012 - April 2013.
Dislike - The calendar starts in July and goes for 18 months. What am I supposed to do for the other 6 months? It doesn't make sense.
Minor Dislike - The book is squeaky when I open and close it.
Minor Dislike - The bound pages seemed a little tight and didn't open to a flat position easily. I solved this by tearing out the 6 months of pages I don't need.

I haven't used the weekly planning pages so I can't speak to that. Would I buy this again? As of right now, probably not. I'll use it so I don't waste the money and I'll update the review if I have a change of heart.
