I used it for class but turns out I never actually needed it.
Might have opened it twice but the instructor literally gave us the exam to take home and memorize.
Overall, if you need this for class then get it but be known that it only has
9 Chapters instead of 13.

Very upsetting that this is not the full version of the book and that is not disclosed. My course required this book till chapter 13 but this only goes to chapter 9. This should be clearly stated that it is an abbreviated version of the book!!!

Poorly written. And some information irrelevet to subject matter. Had to use YouTube to fill the gaps in text book. Review is for the TIA not seller. The seller was good.

I never thought I would say this about a book I got out of necessity for college, but I am going to have a hard time parting with it. It is just too expensive to keep but WOW what a load of information I would have never gotten just looking around on google.

Cut and pasted of course because I am saying the same thing to you! Good job! No problems, I mean it wasn't a shiny red car, just a book but, superb attention to detail as well as customer satisfaction. Would def do it again!. In fact I will be!

great
But... Buying it on Amazon was easily 1/3rd the cost of buying it at my school.

And such deep, rich and gripping contents as you delve into the seedy underbelly of introductions to networking, POP servers, and (gasp) a small brief history of some very rich yet very awkward people that shaped the technology we know, use, and are enslaved by today.

Buy it if you need it for your class, or fail and live in shame.
