Anne Lipow (February 27, 1935 – September 9, 2004) was a prominent librarian who worked at the University of California, Berkeley Libraries before retiring from Berkeley and starting her own business.

Lipow was born in Manchester, New Hampshire and was raised in Springfield, Massachusetts.
