The effective schools approach allows teachers to choose from a menu of proven strategies, whereas restructuring presents a blank slate in hopes of more radical solutions that support more teacher ownership.

And when they become involved in the life of the school, they make our schools better places to learn, grow and thrive. Parent teacher interaction means communication between parents and teachers. Parent teacher interaction is a way to engage parents in developing interaction between family, school and community. The procedure of sample selection included selection of 7 districts by random sampling, 20 schools from each district (20x7 140) by convenience sampling and five teachers from present elementary school teachers in selected schools (140 x 5 700) by random sampling.
