I had to use this book for a class that I was taking. I rented it because I normally don't want to keep any of my textbooks. This could have been one book I would have kept for references though. I don't know if I like it enough to go ahead and buy it now, but it was very applicable to the class I took and it gave a lot of good information about assessing early childhood students.

The book was very informative and I can definitely see myself referring to it in my career should I be allowed to develop my own assessment systems but it was rather boring. A good resource for assessment ideas a lame book to read.
