This is a wonderful book. These days the old fellows who used live steam to make a living are getting very thin on the ground.
It`s good to see at least some of their stories in print before they are lost forever. Robert T. Rhode has put forward a rich
collection of these stories that he got first hand from the threhermen and engineers. They range from the serious to the humorous.
This is history that you cannot find anywhere else.
Read it, you will not be disappointed.
