A really interesting book for those who are somehow familiar with spiritual masters and meditation. Not for all and everybody. She kept the ammount of special words from India quite low compared with others who use them too frequently - which I really appreciate. That helps the readability. It contains a lot of her personal experiences and these are helpful to understand her. Interesting for sure. One star less, because it is not as much for so called normal people or beginners as the title might make you think.

Linda Johnsen has written yet another stellar book about Western sensibilities meeting Eastern spiritual principles and blossoming into something new.
She's been there, done that and writes wonderfully about it. I've never seen the East made so accessable. Linda explains the basics here, but the experianced reader will find it highly rewarding as well.

Simple and inspiring. It has taken me one step forward in my meditation. The title does not reflect the overall content of the book though.
