Its dated. But its another resource to consider if you want to adapt a new eating lifestyle. I don't eat out much but instead have a walk in pantry so that I can prepare food/meals at home to my liking. This is helpful but times have changed so its not an end all. Pick it up if you'd like another source to consider when choosing eating choices.

I'm really enjoying the book. I'm turning 45 this year and have been very discouraged by the changes in my health and body image. Reading this book has made me understand why this is happening and made me feel more in control and more "normal". I would recommend it to anyone over 40 who is trying to understand why they no longer have the body they had at 25 and why that's ok.
