Great book. Would like an updated one speaking more to the holistic reasons for back-neurological pain. Thanks truly. I now use this with YouTube video "(sic) explain pain in 5 minutes" for patient education pain purposes. Education being the beat therapy with exercise for relief (and NSAIDs for short term)

In my medical practice I was needing a good and simple handout for patients with back pain. This really helps with excellent illustrations and easy to read.

I am a practicing physical therapist, and I have found no other resource to be as effective as the Back Book for patients with non-specific LBP. It utilizes current research on fear-avoidance and teaches patients to be copers, not avoiders!
