From the viewpoint of someone who's a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, I was expecting a more thorough approach on how to train NBA players. I didn't receive that with this book. This book is excellent for the general population and fitness professionals. It is easy to follow and so functional. The workouts are fun and produce great results!
