ALAN ALAN
I love reading these beautiful, short Beatrix Potter stories to my children. It would be even lovelier if this version had her paintings as they add so much, but instead they are black and white sketches of her paintings. That's OK given the cheap price of this Dover version.
ARE ARE
I love the Beatrix Potter stories. With the beautiful cover, I expected her lovely illustrations, but there are only a few black and white sketches. And very difficult to pick out your story. When you finish one you have to scroll backwards to the contents again. For the price I expected more.

All children should read or have Beatrix Potter books read to them. Her "Peter Rabbit" is a classic and a wonderful story.

Just what I was looking for
This may seem like a great children's book with stories for them to comprehend. NO. Large words that I could barely understand! And the other stories are just so... different? Not a good children's book. But a good book for the adult wanting to read some short stories to waste some time. Enjoy!
