Description

I have added this Amazing Giant Book to the companion on the farm.

I have added this Amazing Giant Book to the companion on the farm. My daughter is twenty one months and loves these books. Each page has fifteen to twenty flaps so most of the fun is finding all the little treasures. She can identify some of the items hidden, but I know this book will last into her two's because there is more to learn. I love the illustrator/creator of this book- Tony Wolf, he did Meet the Woodland Folk, which was a beloved book from my childhood. I highly recommend to parents of toddlers. This book doesn't have as many flaps as its companion, "In the City," but it's still fun and engaging and my kids love it.

The intricate scenes full of cute animal characters remind me of Richard Scarry.

Lots of things to look at on every page, great for preschoolers and toddlers and even my new reader likes it. Keep in mind these are small flaps not meant to withstand vigorous use, so best for those past the ripping and chewing stage.
