Good for all ages. But some facts not so true.

This book is informative at the base level, I didn't read the details well enough and was expecting a little more depth, my bad.

Please next time make sure your facts are straight, or have better control on what is published. Page 24 shows the British marched from Canada all the way to New York City in the War of 1812. This is false, they were stopped at the glorious victory at the Battle of Plattsburgh 9/11/14. The news of our victory at Plattsburgh was a turning point at the negotiations to end the war. If the British marched to New York City like erroneously shown in this book, the war would have had a different outcome than it had. On page 25 in the text it says that the British fleet was defeated on L. Champlain and British Gen. Prevost ordered a retreat. This is a fact.
