This whole series is wonderful!! My daughter loves science, but she's still young enough that she needs engaging pictures, so this series is perfect!! It was tough to find good books for her about the big bang, dawn of life, dinosaurs, etc. without an overtly creationist slant, so these books are truly a godsend (pun intended).

This book is educational and funny at the same time. It's a must read for kids who love prehistory.

We love this series. It's explained in a very kid-friendly way. We used it to counter the creationism they were getting from their friends. It's a keeper.
