Ssssssssshhhhhhh...this book is full of sounds, such as spaghetti being sucked or a train on the track or a thunder storm, even the sound of a great big yak. Be careful when you open this book, it can be very NOISY!

haven't gotten to use much but I like what I see. This will be something I look into more over the summer to find out how to incorporate it better.

I think we first checked this book out at the library. We HAD to buy it! We LOVED it - all 4 of my kids! Then my sister heard it. She and her daughter just had to buy it! Then, she showed it to their school librarian ... and she bought it! Lots of rhymes - Lots of rhythm - Lots of silly noisy onomatopoeia fun. Now - my kids are mostly grown - and I use it in my classes as a speech/language pathologist. But - I cannot wait to read it - someday - to my grand kids.
