Sarah Fishburn describes her work as mixed-media narrative. The artists shown have some previous reputation for mixed media and provide lots of eye candy. There are directions for using different media to achieve the look. But it is mostly an example of using a different theme and substrate for mixed media.

Having followed this creative and artful duo of Angela Cartwright and Sarah Fishburn, I was expecting great things with their new book. So I'm more than thrilled with this delightful collaboration! Their choice of contributors and variety of projects makes this a valuable source of inspiration and motivation. Get this book if you love a mix of photography, words, mixed media techniques and creativity to inspire. Then set some time aside, for you'll not want to put this book down - unless you just can't wait to start your own artful project - and you will.
I say Bravo! Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

This book is inspirational. I love the photos and the words of the artist as they describe their artwork and what their real-life garden means to them. And for those who read it that are artists, its good to have the list of materials they incorporated to create their beautiful art garden.

This book is a continuation of the House Book theme. The artists shown have some previous reputation for mixed media and provide lots of eye candy. There are directions for using different media to achieve the look. But it is mostly an example of using a different theme and substrate for mixed media. Even so I found it inspiring and am looking forward to tackling my own garden book.

Beautiful book I had seen years ago and now really, really needed it to add to my library of projects and
group activities.

Thank you for such great service, Angela. Love following your life and career(s) over the years.
This book is enchanting. I felt as if I were glimpsing sepia stills from someone's memory. One of those books that transports you to a lovely day if only for a moment.
