This book was really helpful in improving my Legal writing, I would recommended this book, as it gives pictures and samples of briefs, answers and other legal materials that need to be written.

I bought this book because the next edition was way too expensive for my taste. It teaches you the fundamentals of legal writing pretty well but the book is riddled with typos and it's extremely distracting.

It was very helpful in writing my appellate brief and motion memo. It'll be on my bookshelf for a while!

This book is riddled with typographical errors, which when coupled with its horrifically condescending tone, makes it utterly unbearable to read. Each time I sat down to do the assigned reading, I found at least one typographical error - not simply a misused comma here and there, but a genuine misspelling of a word. Also, the section on how to present yourself in front of a judge is an insult to anyone who is in law school.
