Description

Legends Of Angria book. This story fascinated Brontë and inspired the figure of Mrs Rochester in Jane Eyre.

Legends Of Angria book. In April 1820 the family Charlotte Brontë was a British novelist, the eldest out of the three famous Brontë sisters whose novels have become standards of English literature. Brontë left the school after a few years, however she swiftly returned in 1835 to take up a position as a teacher, and used her wages to pay for Emily and Anne to be taught at the school. Fanny Ratchford's work on the early writings of the Bronte family is amazing. Essential for any Bronte completist! These small books, created by all of the Bronte siblings, are the crux of what's to come in the novels. Anything by her is worth a read. It also is a brief glimpse at what could have been from Branwell, had he not succumbed to addictions.
