My 2.5 yo didn't fully understand this book, because she doesn't understand the concept of lying yet. But it was still very interesting for her to listen to different relationships that exist between people. The moral of the story is that no matter what your "rank" is, kindness and truth will always set you free. Beautiful and interesting book for kids, not toddlers.
