A different but very interesting book.

Everyone knew Peter Holland married her cousin for her money. A different but very interesting book. The delicate balance between the mystery and the romance works beautifully, as well as the sensuality for which she is noted. but the Wolf has come knocking on their door and treachery is at hand.

It was my first read of Tanya Anne Crosby. I will continue reading her books because they we're clean reads and we're very warming to my heart.

I have many book by this author and I think this one will stay with me for awhile. I like this author's writing style, because she pulls you into the story, that you swear you are experiencing everything as it unfolds.

This to me was a very unique story line which I enjoyed and couldn't stop reading. This isn't a make you feel good story, because there is sadness and their journey to HEA is fraught with many suspenseful moments.

There is lovemaking within marriage and mildly described. Because I enjoyed both the H/h when they did come together it was full of passion. The way the author introduces you to both the H/h will also stick with you.

We do get HEA, no cliffhanger, no cheating, a nasty villain, many trials and tribulations too. I didn't read book 1 in the series, and I wasn't lost.

My only problem was the villain at the end. It seemed it happened to fast and what timing?

I am not going into the blurb, as many have described it, but I would recommend this story highly. (ljb)

This was truly an enjoyable story. There are several close relationships in the story. The incredible closeness between Chrestien and her twin sister Adelaine. Even though they were physically identical, their personalities were very different, and yet they were two halves of a whole. Also the relationship between the sisters and their bastard brother, Aubert. Although the truth about their relationship was not acknowledged at the beginning, the siblings loved and protected each other.
The most passionate relationship was between Chrestien and Weston, known as the Silver Wolf. They started hating each other but ended up loving each other passionately. Truly recommend this wonderful book!

Losing their father in a war with Henry, one sister decides to take matters into her own hands and secure the future of her sister dressed as a knight. Soon, she finds herself in the clutches of one of Henry's knights, the Silver Wolf and it becomes a battle of wills on who will be the first to break. A well written love story of passion and grief. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough.

although this one seemed rife with typographical errors, it was still a wonderful story. Fabulous characters, interesting plot, strong/ noble men, as well as women. This tale has its all love, laughter, some humor, trials and tribulations, the good vs evil, and a lovely ending. Can't go wrong with a book by Ms. Crosby -- just be patient through the many spelling errors.

Well written story with an interesting storyline. Surprising and sad in parts, but engaging with the right amount of battles and feuds to keep you turning the pages.
You talk about twists and turns, this book has then all, mystery, romance, suspense, and most of all true love.
