I found this gem at a used book store and bought it for my k-pop obsessed teenager as a novelty item. I never really intended to use it. Then I found a Korean grocery store nearby that stocked most of the "mystery" ingredients that can only be found in Asian stores. I tried the Spicy Barbeque Pork recipe on pg 32. and was hooked! All the recipes I've tried have turned out well and tasted good. As for readability, the English instructions are easy to read and follow. It's not full of confusing Konglish. I'd recommend this book for anyone interested in Korean food!
