I purchased this book in preparation for taking the ARDMS general physics and instrumentation exam. At first, I reviewed all my notes and re-read my entire textbook (Kremkau). I thought I was well prepared. Then I began this book's questions. I found SO many questions that just looked at situations differently than I had thought of them and really cemented in my mind, okay, if you do this, how will it affect not only this, but this as well? I passed the exam with a 90% and some of the questions I swear were right out of this book. GET IT!!

I used this book in combination with Edelman's workbook and his x-zone questions as well as school notes from my training. I just took the test today and passed with flying colors. I was really impressed with how much NEW information I learned using this book. I feel that my training was very in depth and intense when it comes to physics and I was very surprised this book actually had information that I did not know (and that WAS ON THE REGISTRY!). I also think the explanations were very clear and one of the easiest to learn. I love the Davies exams and would recommend it to anyone!

Although I recieved this book quickly, the condition in which I recieved it was POOR. It was left on my porch in torrential rain all day while I was at work. It was soaked through, I had to try it out before I could use it.

I will never order from you again.
