Teaching Children Physical Education. I enjoy this approach to skill building and keeping children active. My interest in this book grew out of a need for physical education for my homeschooled children. We've always been an active family, but I wanted to have some exercises and activities that we could do on a daily basis. Being active everyday helps children be able to focus more and use up the excess energy that they always seem to have. It's a far cry from what I experience in physical education in the public school system, and that is a very good thing. One person found this helpful.
