This is THE BOOK that all collectors, donors, institutions and appraisers should read. It should be a definite read by any institution that receives donations of any kind and it should be close at hand and be reviewed on a regular basis. It details all the issues that should be taken into consideration before and after any donation is contemplated, gifted or has been accepted. I highly recommend it to everyone.
