This book by Dr. Hubert Rampersad will help transform organizational leaders to the level they are probably unaware they can reach. His Personal Balanced Scorecard (PBSC) concept integrates four main elements: internal, external, knowledge & learning, and financial. Unlike so many other business books, this one presents a truly unique method that touches on every aspect of human nature: spiritual, physiological, mental, emotional, moral and ethical. All of these are integrated into the context of producing optimal organizational efficiency, through proper alignment of our personal ambition and objectives along with organizational vision and mission.

One of many valuable insights Dr. Rampersad presented in this book is the use of left- and right- sides of the brain. I have found so many highly-trained company managers perform "just enough" to reach the level of success that they are content with, and meanwhile many of them do not begin to know or recognize what they don't know. They are developed to be strong in logic, methods, systems and processes, yet they are less developed to be strong in intuition, instinct, vision and creativity.
