This book is easy reading. It teaches you how to handle different situations, with the diversity of the classroom. There's more to just putting down the rules. Kids are more than machines or robots, they have feelings just like you do. This book explains how to recognize and respond and present a win win situation, which is what kids respond to best.
Great read and excellent price!
