The first test looked at policies and practices for children starting nursery and their transition through playrooms. This led to our next test, the implementation of ‘New Start and Induction Coordinators’ within the staff team. The new roles, guidelines and responsibilities, ensured consistency in overseeing a child’s induction and transition.
