In John Holland’s past books, he explained how he came to terms with, and learned to accept and embrace, his spiritual gifts as a psychic medium, and how "readers" can develop their own intuitive psychic abilities. It's John's first book! In an open and candid way, he explains how he dealt with his personal conflict of coming to terms with, and finally accepting his rare ability as a spirit messenger. John also presents heartfelt real-life stories, where he describes his readings with clients, the effect on their lives, and the sense of closure people feel, knowing that their loved ones who have passed on are still with them.

John Dowland was not only one of the most prominent lutenists of the Elizabethan and Jacobean ages, he was one of the greatest (some say THE greatest) English composer of all time. All but forgotten for three hundred years, his music was revived and brought back to the public attention largely by the work of Julian Bream, whose favourite composer he became. The late Diana Poulton (1903-95) was the first Professor of Lute at the Royal College of Music, and in her lifetime was the recognized authority on Dowland. With Ian Harwood she also founded the British Lute Society, the first of its kind in the World.
