I'm originally from the Decatur area (Forsyth) and have been to Greenwood Cemetery many times. Heck, I even sat in the "Devil's Chair" there and went in at dark with friends from high school to knock on a mausoleum door. This book is a must own. I love that it gives the history on cemeterie overall, because I learned a lot from that alone. A fun book to read, I just wish there was more photos from around the cemetery because there are not a ton.

This is another great book by Troy Taylor. I spent a lot of time in Decatur while I lived in Illinois. I learned more about the area in the first chapter alone than I ever knew. His attention to detail is outstanding. Makes me really homesick. My Aunt and uncle lived just a few blocks from Greenwood Cemetery and I might not have slept so soundly if I had known how haunted it is. Great Book
